An advanced page enables you to create an infinitive number of red boxes and can be used for contents that are frequently updated, as for news update or a product show-case.

A red box on an advanced page has the same functions as the one on a standard page. Furthermore for each box it is possible to insert comments, date of publication (2) and activate a summary.
These options can be changed by pressing the “Page Settings” button at the top of each advanced page.

The summary is a brief description which is displayed when other red boxes are present in the advanced page.
If the summary is active only the title and a brief description (text + preview of image) will appear on the advanced page.
Click the relative red box to open a detailed page, containing further information.

Ideally, advanced pages should be used to present catalogues of products or for frequently updated pages (.e.g.. news, blog, etc…).

By clicking on the “Page Settings” button, is also possible to decide the box position (1), the number of lines and columns (1 or 2 columns) and choosing how to order the content (chronologically, alphabetically etc.).
If you decide to set a limited number of boxes per page, the system will automatically create a layout, in order to distribute the content on various numbered pages. Those pages can be browsed easily through the numerical links positioned on both the top and the bottom of the page.
For example, if the advanced page contains 5 red boxes and the chosen visualization criteria is a maximum of 3 lines and 1 column per page, the system will show the first three boxes on page 1 and the remaining 2 boxes on page 2.

If boxes are full of text, images, video etc., it would be better to use the layout feature to make the pages easier to access and more user-friendly.

The red boxes of an advanced page can also be shifted within the page itself, using the yellow arrows at the top of every box.
In the “Page Settings” window you’ll be able to activate the contents for the homepage: this way you’ll decide to show automatically in your homepage a preview of the last contents added in the advanced page.
You can even choose the number of contents and where and how to make them appear in the homepage.
