To access this area, press the “Invoices” button located in the control panel.

The page gives a summary of the invoice data you entered when you purchased your site (name, last name, company name, tax code or VAT registration number etc…).

The package’s data summarize the characteristics of your subscription:  site name, type of package, (with a link to the upgrade section), its characteristics, its price and expiry date.

The  window on the left displays invoices already issued by the company.
The invoice is usually issued within 15 days of payment and will be forwarded (in pdf format)  to the e-mail address given to us during the registration stage (the e-mail address can be modified from the control panel–> account data).

To read the invoice (in pdf format) it is necessary to install Adobe Acrobat Reader on your PC.

Sitonline invoices are structured as follows:
First you see the invoice number followed by your personal data (including your customer code).
The main body of the invoice includes a table containing a description of the purchase (the package, the site’s code and the subscription length), quantity, unit amount, total amount and VAT rate (20%).

This is followed by the taxable amount, total VAT and total amount paid.
