The packages you can purchase include the registration of a new domain www.sitename.com (or .org, .it, .net, .name, .biz, .info, .de) or the transfer of a domain you already own.

Once the domain has been registered or transferred, your visitors will be able to access your site through namesite.sitonline.com, but also through the new domain. Domains registered with Sitonline can only be associated with sites created with Sitonline.

If you already have a domain and do not want to transfer it to Sitonline, it is still possible to associate it with a site created with us, by requesting  Redirect DNS. This way, by entering that domain, the site you have created (or are about to create) will be displayed with Sitonline. By using Redirect DNS, the domain in question will continue to be managed by its maintainer. In other words your e-mail accounts and contractual renewals (of the domain alone) will continue with the same company and not with Sitonline.

To register or transfer a domain, access the Control Panel and click the “Domain+mail” button, or press the “Register definitive domain” button.  In those sections you can also check availability of the domain you want to use.
