If you forget your password or username, go to the Sitonline’ home page and click on the “Forgotten your Passsword?” link positioned below the boxes where you usually login.

In the window that appears, enter your Username or e-mail address. A new password will be sent to the e-mail address entered by you when you created your site (which can be changed from Account Data).

When you access the control panel you can enter a new password whenever you like, by clicking the “Change Password” button.
